What we collect

When you join the waitlist we keep your email address and the date you joined. Nothing else.

Why we keep it

Only to tell you when Reeve is ready, and to share the odd update before launch. We will never sell it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

The legal basis

You give us your email and ask to hear from us. That consent is our basis for keeping it. You can take it back at any time.

Where it is kept

On our web host's servers, in a private database that only we can open. Our host may store data outside the UK. To stop spam we also keep a scrambled version of your connection address for ten minutes, which cannot be turned back into the address itself.

How long we keep it

Until Reeve launches and we have told you, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your email at any time. Just write to hello@reeveassistant.com and we will do it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
